To assign a default warehouse to an employee
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Inventory Settings“.
- Click the card “Default Warehouse”.
- Click the button “New Default Warehouse“.
- Input the employee information
- Employee: Select the employee using the drop-down menu.
- Default Warehouse: Select the warehouse you wish to assign the employee to.
- For more information about adding warehouses, please refer to the tutorial “Adding a Warehouse“.
- Click “Save“.
Editing an Employee's Default Warehouse
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Inventory Settings“.
- Click the card “Default Warehouse”.
- Select the record you wish to edit.
- Edit the assigned warehouse as required.
- Click “Save“.
Deleting an Employee's Default Warehouse
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Inventory Settings“.
- Click the card “Default Warehouse”.
- Click the more options button in the record row you wish to delete.
- Select “Delete” using the drop-down menu.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to confirm the deletion or “No” to cancel.
