Adding items to the price list can be done using two methods
- Adding the items manually using the “Add Item” button in the Price List’s screen.
- Importing a .CSV file containing the items’ names and prices.
To manually add items to the price list
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Price List“.
- Select the price list you wish to add items to.

- Click the button “Add Item“.
- Input the item’s details using the pop-up window
- Item: Select the product or service’s name using the drop-down menu.
- Selling Price: Automatically filled as you select the item based on the item’s set price in the product’s file; edit the existing price by inputting the desired selling price for that specific price list.
- Click “Save and Continue“
- Continue adding additional items using the pop-up window or click “Cancel” once you have finished adding items.
To add items to the price list using the Import method
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Price List“.
- Select the price list you wish to add items to.

- Click the button “Import“.
- Import the file by clicking “Choose File” and browsing your device. Make sure it’s a CSV file.
- Select the “Delimiter” to separate items from:
- Comma separated
- Semi-column separated
- Tab delimited
- Click “Next Step“
- Map the system fields’ onto their correspondent column headers in the imported file.
- Product: Select “A” from the drop-down menu if “Product” is in column A in the file.
- Price: Select “B” drop-down menu if the item’s price is in column B in the file.
- Click “Import“.
- You’ll get a Result-view of the records imported successfully and the records that failed to be imported (in case there were any).
