To customize fields in the invoices
The system allows adding custom fields inside the invoice to enter extra fields that show on the “Create Invoice” page.
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings”.
- Click the card “Custom fields”.
- Drag and drop the required fields to the middle of the page from the builder on the right.
- Fill in the widget for each field to customize and input the required details
- Properties
- Field Label: Add the name of the field.
- Instructions: add the instructions.
- Placeholder: enter the placeholder.
- Validation
- Minimum length: enter the minimum length of the field.
- Maximum length: Enter the maximum length of the field.
- Type: Choose whether the field is Digits or Values
- Layout
- Field Size: enter the desired field size of the field.
- Show in new line? : Answer with Yes or No.
- Hide Field? : Answer with Yes or No.
- Click on “Save”.
- Properties
- Click the cross button to remove fields.
- Click the Gear Button for each field to edit.
- Click “Save” to save all the custom fields.
