How to Deactivate a Group of Products and Services

1. From the main menu, click “Inventory.”
2. Select “Products and Services.”
3. Select the products or services you want to deactivate using the action checkbox next to each item, or choose “Select All” from the action checkbox at the top-right of the screen.
4. Click the arrow next to the “Actions” button at the top of the page.
5. From the dropdown menu, choose “Deactivate.”

The selected products or services will be deactivated, while their previous transactions will still appear in reports.
