What is SMTP?
Daftra by default, sends emails on behalf of its users via the email address “maildelivery@daftra.com”, to ensure that the messages successfully reach the clients without being returned or rejected by the email server.
If you prefer to use your original email as the sending and receiving email for all messages rather than maildelivery@daftra.com, the account’s SMTP settings must be reset.
Gmail usually blocks or rejects any anonymous SMTP connection. Therefore, in order to activate the messaging system from within Daftra, our service platform must be verified with your Gmail email address first.
