Employee Residency Status Report
Overview
The Employee Residency Status Report displays the expiration dates of expatriate employees’ residency permits along with their job details such as department, job title, and nationality. This report helps track residencies that are about to expire within a specific period, allowing timely renewal actions and avoiding compliance violations.
Steps to View the Report
- From the side menu, click on “Reports.”
- Go to the “Employee Reports” section.
- Select “Employee Residency Status.”

You can apply several filters before displaying the report:
- Employee: Search for one or more employees by name, code, email, department, or branch. You can select multiple employees at once.
- If no employee is selected, the system will display all employees.
- Employee Status: Filter results based on employee status:
- Active: Show only active employees.
- Inactive: Show only inactive employees.
- If no status is selected, all employees will be displayed.
- Expiry Date of Residence (From / To): Define a date range to display employees whose residencies expire within that period. This is especially useful for identifying residencies that will expire in the coming months.
- If no date is specified, all records will be shown regardless of expiry date.
- Branch: Filter results to display employees from a specific branch only.
- If no branch is selected, all branches will be included.
- Click “Show Report” to refresh the results, or click “Reset” to return to default settings.
You can export the report using the “Export” button to:
- Employee: Search for one or more employees by name, code, email, department, or branch. You can select multiple employees at once.
View Modes
The report can be displayed in two modes, which you can switch between at the top of the page:
- Summary: Shows an aggregated overview of residency data.
- Details: Displays each employee’s information individually along with their residency expiry date.
Report Columns
The table displays each employee’s residency data across the following columns:
Employee Information
- Name: Employee name and code with a direct link to their profile.
- Department: The department the employee belongs to.
- Job Title: The employee’s job title.
- Job Level: The employee’s level within the organizational hierarchy.
- Employment Type: The nature of employment (full-time, part-time, etc.).
- Nationality: Employee nationality code (e.g., EG for Egyptians, SA for Saudis).
Residency Information
- Residency Expiry Date: The date on which the employee’s residency expires and must be renewed before.
Note
It is recommended to run this report regularly and set a future date range (e.g., from today up to the next 3 months) to proactively identify residencies that require renewal soon.
