Viewing the Tax Declaration Report

To view the Tax Declaration:

  1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
  2. Click on “Accounting Reports.”
  3. From the “Accounting Reports” page, select “Tax Declaration.”
  4. The Tax Declaration appears on a new page. You can apply several additional filters to the report:
    • Tax: Specify the type of tax you want to report on, or select all taxes together.
    • Revenue Type: Determines how the report is displayed — whether for all issued invoices or paid invoices only.
    • Select the period for which you want to display the report.
    • Select the currency in which you want to display the report.
    • Select the branches for which you want to display the report.
  5. After modifying the filters, click “View Report.”
  6. To view the Tax Report with the same currently active filters, click the “View Tax Report” button in the report action area — the Tax Report opens in the same browser tab with the filters automatically applied and the report generated instantly.
  7. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a CSV, Excel, or PDF file from the export options.

Note: The Tax Declaration only displays the total gross movements and does not display movements in detail at the level of each individual transaction.
