Client Installments Report

Report Overview

The Client Installments Report displays all client installments under scheduled installment agreements. It includes details such as due date, payment status, total amount, paid amount, and remaining balance.

This report is used to track installment payment schedules, identify overdue payments, and review due installments over a selected period.

How to Access the Report

  1. Click on the Reports menu.
  2. Click on Client’s Reports.
  3. From the page, select Clients Installments.
  4. You can apply a number of filters before viewing the report:
  • Client: Select one or more customers to display their installments only; you can search by name, email, or phone number. If no customer is selected, the system displays the report for all customers.
  • Date From / To: Select the time period for which you want to view due installments.
  • Status: Filter installments by their payment status.
    • Unpaid: Installments with no payment made.
    • Partially Paid: Installments with only partial payment made.
    • Paid: Installments that have been fully paid.
    • Overdue: Installments that have passed their due date without full payment.
  • Client Category: Filter results to display customers of a specific classification only; you can search by name. If no classification is selected, the system displays all classifications.
  • Branch: Select one or more branches to display installments for customers of that branch only. If no branch is selected, the system displays the report for all branches.
  • Group By: Choose how to group the report data. Available options are: Customer, Due Date, Status.
  1. Once filters are adjusted, click show Report to refresh the results, or click Reset to return to the default settings.
  2. You can print the report using Print, or export it via Export to:
    • CSV
    • Excel
    • PDF

Report Columns

The table displays installments grouped under each customer. The columns are arranged as follows:

  • ID: The installment’s identification number in the system, with a direct link to view its details.
  • Client: The customer’s name and code, with a direct link to the customer profile.
  • Email: The customer’s email address as registered in the system.
  • Address: The customer’s address as registered in the system.
  • Mobile Number: The customer’s primary mobile number.
  • Phone Number: The customer’s secondary phone number.
  • Due Date: The date set for paying this installment.
  • Status: The installment’s payment status: Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid, or Unpaid (Overdue) if the due date has passed.
  • Branch: The branch associated with this installment.
  • Total Amount: The full value of the installment in the selected currency.
  • Paid Amount: The portion of the installment value that has been paid so far.
  • Remaining Amount: The portion of the installment value that has not yet been paid.

At the end of each client group, a Total row appears summarizing the total installment values for that customer during the selected period. At the bottom of the table, an Overall Totals row aggregates data from all clients across the entire period.
