Report Columns

The table displays the log of every text message sent from the system. The columns are as follows:

  • ID: The unique identifier for each message in the sending log.
  • Campaign ID: The identifier of the campaign from which this message was sent. It can be used to refer back to the Campaigns page to view its details.
  • Message: The full text of the message sent to the client after dynamic variables have been replaced with the client’s actual data.
  • Phone Number: The client’s phone number to which the message was sent, in international number format.
  • Send Time: The date and time the message was actually sent. The value Fail is displayed instead of a time if sending failed.
  • Cost: The cost of sending the message in units. A value of 0 is shown for failed or uncharged messages.
  • Message Size: The number of parts the text message was split into. A standard message consists of one part and is split into multiple parts when the maximum character limit is exceeded.
  • Error Code: The error code if sending failed. A value of 0 is shown when sending is successful, and 500 is shown when an error occurs, such as when the same message was previously sent to the same recipient.
  • Error Message: A detailed description of why sending failed when an error occurs. This field is empty if sending was successful.
  • Campaign Status: The status of the campaign linked to this message. The value finished is displayed for campaigns that have been fully sent.
