What do the crossed-out values in the activity log mean?

Crossed-out values on a light red background in the Activity Logs are data that was removed:

Activity type	What the crossed-out value means
Edit	The field’s previous value before the edit, followed by an arrow and then the new value on a light green background.
Deleting a child record or line item, such as an invoice line or a material	The field values of the deleted record, so you know exactly what data was deleted.

This styling doesn’t apply to the name of who performed the activity, the activity type, or its time.
