Editing an Attendance Restriction
- From the navigation menu, select “Attendance“.
- Select “Settings“.
- Click the card “Attendance Restrictions“.
- Select the attendance restriction you wish to edit by clicking it from the list.
- Click the button “Edit“.
- Edit as needed.
- Click “Save” once done.
Deactivating/ Activating an Attendance Restriction
- From the navigation menu, select “Attendance“.
- Select “Settings“.
- Click the card “Attendance Restrictions“.
- Select the attendance restriction you wish to deactivate by clicking it from the list.
- Click the button “Mark as Inactive“.
- To re-activate the restriction, click the button “Mark as Active“.
Deleting an Attendance Restriction
- From the navigation menu, select “Attendance“.
- Select “Settings“.
- Click the card “Attendance Restrictions“.
- Select the attendance restriction you wish to delete by clicking it from the list.
- Click the button “Delete“.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to confirm deletion or “No” to cancel.
- Note that you cannot delete an attendance restriction that is assigned to employee(s).
