To delete an employee role
- Select “Employees” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employee Roles“.
- Click “Delete” next to the role you wish to delete under the column “Actions“.
- Note that the system doesn’t allow deletion of a role that was assigned to (a) user(s).
- In order to do that, you’ll have to assign the user(s) a different role, then deleting that other role will be enabled.
