Adding a new employee designation
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Designations“.
- Click the button “New Designation“.
- Input the
- Name: The name of the designation to be assigned. (E.g. Sales Executive)
- Status: Select the status from the drop-down menu; set it to Active or Inactive.
- Description: Optional; add a description to that designation.
- Click “Save” once you’re done.
Editing a designation
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Designations“.
- Click the designation you wish to edit.
- Click the button “Edit“.
- Make needed edits.
- Click “Save” once done.
Deleting a designation
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Designations“.
- Click the designation you wish to delete.
- Click the button “Delete“.
- Note that you cannot delete a designation that has been assigned to employees/users.
