Adding a new employment type
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employment Type“.
- Click the button “New Employment Type“.
- Input the
- Name: The name of the employment type. (E.g. Part-Time).
- Status: Select the status from the drop-down menu; set it to Active or Inactive.
- Description: Optional; add a description to that type.
- Click “Save” once you’re done.
Editing an employment type
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employment Type“.
- Click the employment type you wish to edit.
- Click the button “Edit“.
- Make needed edits.
- Click “Save” once done.
Deleting an employment type
- Select “Organizational Structure” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employment Type“.
- Click the employment type you wish to delete.
- Click the button “Delete“.
- Note that you cannot delete an employment type that has been assigned to employees/users.
