Adding Notes and Attachments to Employee Loans

Add notes and also attach relevant documents by uploading them to the employee loan account, specifying the date and time of the note or attachment.

  1. Click on “Payroll” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Loans.”
  3. Click on the desired loan.
  4. Click the “Add Note/Attachment” button, then enter the details as follows:
    • Date and Time: Specify the date and time of the note or attachment.
    • Note: Enter the required notes in the text box.
    • Attachments: Add the required files as attachments to the loan file by clicking the “Upload” button or dragging and dropping the attachment.
  5. Click the “Save” button.
