Applying an Attendance Restriction to the Employee

In the steps outlined below, you will learn how to set up the three attendance restrictions: IP Address, Geographical Location, Capturing an Employee’s Photo, or a combination of them, for an employee profile to prove their remote attendance. Refer to the Enerpize Attendance Restrictions Guide for more details.

You must add an “Attendance Restriction” to your account before assigning it to an employee profile. For more details, refer to the “Adding an Attendance Restriction” guide.

  1. Click on “Employees” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Employees“.
  3. Click on the employee profile to which you want to apply attendance restrictions.
  4. Click the “Edit” button.
  5. In the “Attendance Information” section, scroll down to find the “Attendance Restrictions” option.
  6. Select the desired “Attendance Restriction” from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click the “Save” button.
