To delete an employee or user of the system
- Select “Employees” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employees“.
- Select the employee or user’s profile you wish to delete.
- Click the button “Delete“.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to delete or “No” to cancel.
- Note that you can deactivate the employee or user’s file without having to delete it.
- To do so, click the button “Mark as Inactive“, you can set it back to active by clicking “Mark as Active” anytime.
- Note that you can deactivate the employee or user’s file without having to delete it.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to delete or “No” to cancel.
- Note that you cannot delete an employee/ user with a valid contract created.
- To do so, first delete the employee’s contract, then the system allows deleting the employee or user’s profile.
