Yes, you can undo a custody closure as long as its status has not changed to “Bad Debt.” Click the “Reopen” button from the closed custody view page. The system behaves based on the custody status before closure:

• If it was “Settled” before closure, it will return to “Settled” status.
• If it was “Open” and cash was returned before closure, it will return to “Open” status and the balance will be restored to what it was.
