What file formats and sizes are supported when importing bank statements?

When uploading bank statements for AI matching, the screen supports the following formats:

  • PDF
  • JPG
  • PNG
  • XLS
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • OFX

Regarding size: The maximum allowed size per file is 50 MB. If a file exceeds this limit, an error message appears stating that the maximum allowed size is 50 MB, and the file must be removed from the queue before processing can be started.
