How Can I Know the Number of Projects Where a Work Item Is Used?

From the main menu, click Inventory, then Products & Services, and click the View action for the required work item. In the Information tab, you will find the Projects field, which displays the number of projects where the work item is used, calculated only based on Active contracts (usage in inactive contracts is not counted). A hint is displayed next to the field with the text: “Total count of projects that include this work item.
