How Can I Know the Number of Templates and Projects Where a Work Item Is Used?

From the main menu, click Inventory, then Products & Services, and click the View action for the required work item. In the Information tab, you will find the Work Item Templates and Projects fields. The Work Item Templates field displays the number of active Work Item Templates in which the work item is used, while the Projects field displays the number of projects where the work item is used, calculated only based on Active Contracts. A tooltip appears next to it with the text: “Total count of projects that include this work item.”
