What should I do when the “Existing Connection Conflict” message appears while connecting to Salla?
This message appears when the system detects that your Enerpize account is already connected to Salla using an older integration method. The old connection must be removed first to avoid data conflicts and sync issues before completing the new integration setup.
Steps to resolve:
- In the message popup, click “Go to API Keys Settings” — the API Keys page in Enerpize settings opens in a new tab.
- Find the “Salla Integration” key and delete it.
- Return to the integration setup page and click “Deleted, Continue” — the system will re-validate automatically and allow you to proceed.
The system does not remove the old connection automatically — the key must be deleted manually from the API Keys page.
