Common problems and solutions

Problem Reason Solution
The currency name appears in Arabic in a bilingual document, and you want it in English. Template Language is set to Arabic. Select English from Template Language in Template Details, then click Save.
The new labels don’t appear when you print the document. The layout you edited isn’t the default layout for this document type. Select Set this layout as default in Template Details, then click Save.

FAQs

Can I edit the labels of an existing layout instead of creating a new one?

Yes. Click ⋯ next to the layout, then Edit, and edit the labels the same way.

Does the template language translate the labels automatically?

No. The template language only sets the currency name language. The labels appear as you wrote them in Item Columns and Labels.
