How do I print or download an issued invoice as a PDF using a different layout?

You can print or download any issued invoice in a different layout without editing it. First, add the layout to the voucher templates.

First: Add the layout to the voucher templates (one time only)

1. Open Invoice/Estimate Layouts.
2. From the actions menu next to the layout you want, click Mark as Voucher.
3. Repeat for any other layout you want to use.

Second: Download the invoice in the new layout

1. Open the issued invoice.
2. Click the arrow next to the PDF button.
3. Select the layout you want. A PDF of the invoice is generated in that layout.

To view or print the invoice in the new layout, select the layout from the Vouchers menu on the invoice page.
