Activate Rental Unit

The system allows you to reactivate an inactive rental unit so that it becomes available for selection when creating new reservation orders.

Steps to Activate a Rental Unit

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Units“.
• Search for the desired rental unit in the list.
• Open the rental unit view page.
• Click the “Activate” button.

How the System Works

• The rental unit status changes to Active immediately and is updated in both the list and the view page.
• The rental unit becomes available for selection when creating a new reservation order.
• The activation is recorded in the general activity log and in the unit’s own activity log.

Validation Rules

• Reactivating a rental unit counts toward the active unit limit in your subscription plan. If you have reached the maximum limit, a warning message will appear prompting you to purchase additional units.
