Delete Rental Unit

The system allows you to delete unused or unnecessary rental units from the system.

Steps to Delete a Rental Unit

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Units“.
• Search for the desired rental unit in the list.
• Click the delete icon next to the unit, or open the unit and click the “Delete” button from the view page.
• Confirm the deletion.

How the System Works on Delete

• The rental unit is permanently deleted from the system.
• The system automatically redirects to the rental units list.
• The deletion is recorded in the general activity log.

Validation Rules

A rental unit cannot be deleted if it is linked to at least one reservation order. The message “You cannot delete the unit as it is selected in a reservation order” will appear. In this case, you can change the unit status to Inactive instead of deleting it.
