View Lease Contract Installment

Steps to View a Lease Contract Installment

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Lease Contracts“.
• Open the required contract.
• In the “Installments” tab, click on the installment you want to view.

Data Displayed in the Installment View Page

• Lease Contract Number: the contract number linked to the installment as a clickable link to navigate to the lease contract view page.
• Client: the client’s photo if available, or the default avatar if not, along with the client name and code.
• Unit: the unit name and ID as a clickable link to navigate to the unit view page, along with the unit type image if available.
• Amount: the total value of the installment.
• Due Date: the date set for paying the installment.
• Notes: the description or note entered for the installment.
• Paid Amount and Unpaid Amount: displayed in the format: paid amount / total, with a progress bar reflecting the payment percentage.
• Paid at Date: the date of the last payment made on the installment. This field appears only if the installment status is Paid or Partially Paid.
• Payment Status: the system displays one of the following statuses:
  • Unpaid: the installment has not been paid yet.
  • Paid: the installment has been paid in full.
  • Partially Paid: part of the installment value has been paid.
  • Overdue: the due date has passed today’s date and the installment has not been paid.

Activity Log Tab

Displays all operations performed on the installment in chronological order.

Available Actions in the View Page

• Edit: to edit the installment details.
• Delete: to delete the installment from the system.
• Pay: to record a payment on the installment. This button does not appear if the installment status is “Paid“.
• View Lease Contract: to navigate to the view page of the lease contract linked to this installment.

You can navigate between installments using the “Next” and “Previous” buttons at the top of the page.
