View and Search Seasonal Prices List
The system allows you to view all seasonal prices in a single list with search, filter, and sort options for quick access to any seasonal price.
Steps to View the Seasonal Prices List
- From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
- Click on “Seasonal Prices“.
Data Displayed in the List
The list shows the following details for each seasonal price:
- Seasonal price name + ID
- Start date
- End date
- Pricing rule
- Unit type
Search and Filter Options
- Search by seasonal price name: search by name or ID with autocomplete support.
- Search by pricing rule: search by name or ID with autocomplete support. The search covers both active and inactive rules.
- Search by unit type: search by name or ID with autocomplete support. The search covers both active and inactive unit types.
- Filter by start date: set a start date range using from and to date fields.
- Filter by end date: set an end date range using from and to date fields.
To apply a search or filter click “Apply“, and to clear it click “Reset”.
Sort Options
- By seasonal price name (alphabetically ascending or descending)
- By date of creation (ascending or descending)
- By start date (ascending or descending)
- By end date (ascending or descending)
Default sort order: by ID descending.
Available Actions on Each Record
- View
- Edit
- Delete
Special Cases
- If there are no seasonal prices in the system, the message “No Seasonal Prices Have Been Added Yet” will appear.
- If the search returns no matching results, the message “No Data Found, Please Try Changing the Search Criteria” will appear.
