View Rental Unit Activity Log

The system allows you to track all actions performed on a rental unit through the activity log, including additions, edits, status changes, and all other modifications made to its data.

Steps to View the Rental Unit Activity Log

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Units“.
• From the actions next to the desired unit, open the rental unit view page.
• Navigate to the “Activity Log” tab.

Displayed Data

The log displays all actions performed on the rental unit, sorted from the most recent to the oldest. For each action, the following details are shown:

• Action type (Add, Edit, Status Change)
• The data that changed, including the old value and the new value
• The name of the user who performed the action
• The date and time the action was performed

• All actions performed on a rental unit are automatically recorded in this log and in the system’s general activity log.
• Any changes to the values of additional custom fields linked to the rental unit are also recorded in this log.
• Activity log records cannot be deleted or modified.
