Delete Lease Contract Installment
The system allows you to delete an installment from a lease contract, with the total contract amount and next installment date updated automatically.
Required Permission: Delete Reservation Orders
Steps to Delete a Lease Contract Installment
- From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
- Click on “Lease Contracts“.
- Open the contract whose installment you want to delete.
- In the “Installments” tab, click on the installment you want to delete.
- Click the “Delete” button.
- A confirmation message appears. Click “Yes” to confirm the deletion, or click “No” to cancel.
Deletion Rules
- An installment with a status of “Paid” or “Partially Paid” cannot be deleted. In this case the message “You cannot delete the Lease contract Installment if it is already paid or partially paid.” appears.
How the System Works on Deletion
- The total contract amount updates automatically after the installment is deleted.
- The next installment date in the contract updates based on the remaining installments.
- The user is redirected to the installments list after the deletion is completed.
- The deletion is recorded in the general activity log.
- The message “Lease Contract Installment deleted successfully.” appears.
Important Notes
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
