View Rental Unit Details
The system allows you to view all the details of a rental unit and track its status and reservations from one place.
Steps to View Rental Unit Details
- From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
- Click on “Units“.
- Search for the desired rental unit in the list.
- Click the view icon next to the unit.

- Unit type + unit name + ID
- Availability: Available or Reserved. If the unit is inactive, only the inactive status is shown without the availability status.
- Priority (if entered)
- Description (if entered)
- Status
Available Actions on the View Page
- Edit
- Delete
- Change Status: toggles the unit status between Active and Inactive.
You can navigate between rental units using the “Previous” and “Next” buttons on the view page.
