View and Search the Lease Contract Installments List

The system allows you to view all lease contract installments in a unified list with search, filter, and sort options for quick access to any installment.

Required Permission: View Reservation Orders

Steps to Access the Lease Contract Installments List

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Lease Contract Installments“.

List Columns

The list displays the following columns for each installment:

  • Lease Contract Code: the identifier of the contract linked to the installment.
  • Client: the client’s photo if available, or the default avatar if not, along with the client name and code.
  • Amount: the total value of the installment.
  • Due Date: the date set for paying the installment.
  • Notes: the description or note entered for the installment.
  • Paid at Date: the date of the last payment made on the installment. This column appears only if the installment status is Paid or Partially Paid.
  • Unit: the unit name and ID as a clickable link to navigate to the unit view page, along with the unit type image if available.
  • Status: the system displays one of the following statuses for each installment: Unpaid, Paid, Partially Paid, or Overdue if the due date has passed today’s date and the installment has not been paid.

Search and Filter Options

You can filter the list using the following fields:

  • Lease Contract Code: search by contract number with autocomplete.
  • Due Date: filter by installment due date.
  • Period: select the period unit: week, month, or year.
  • Client: select a client. Searchable by name, code, email, or phone number with autocomplete. If the branches plugin is activated the system retrieves clients from the logged-in user’s accessible branches; if deactivated or clients are shared across all branches the system retrieves all clients.
  • Unit Type: select from active and inactive unit types. Searchable by name or ID with autocomplete.
  • Unit: select from active and inactive units. Searchable by name or ID with autocomplete.
  • Status: select from available statuses: Unpaid, Paid, Partially Paid, or Overdue.

Click “Search” to apply the filter criteria. Click “Reset” to remove all filter criteria and display the full list.

Sort Options

You can sort the list by: creation date, due date, or status. The default sort order is descending by ID.

Special State Messages

  • If no installments have been added yet, the message “No records added yet.” appears.
  • If search results return no matches, the message “No Result Found, Try to change the search Criteria.” appears.

Actions Available for Each Installment in the List

  • View: navigate to the installment details view page.
  • Edit: edit the installment data.
  • Pay: record a payment on the installment and navigate to the single payment page. This option does not appear if the installment status is Paid.
  • Delete: delete the installment from the system.

You can also export installment data using the available export options in the list.
