View Reservation Order Invoices

The system allows you to view all invoices linked to a reservation order directly from its view page, whether automatically generated or manually added, to track the financial status of the reservation in one place.

Steps to View Reservation Order Invoices

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Reservation Orders“.
  • Search for the desired reservation order in the list.
  • Open the reservation order view page.
  • Navigate to the “Invoices” tab.

Displayed Data

The tab shows a list of all invoices linked to the reservation order from all branches. For each invoice, the following details are shown:

  • Invoice number (clickable to navigate to the invoice view page)
  • Invoice date
  • Invoice amount + currency
  • Invoice status (Paid / Unpaid / Partially Paid)
  • The branch in which the invoice was created if it belongs to a different branch

The tab also displays a financial summary at the top including:

  • Total value of all invoices linked to the reservation order
  • Paid amount
  • Unpaid amount

These amounts update automatically whenever a new invoice is added or an existing one is modified, and all amounts appear in the reservation order currency.

Important Notes

  • This tab only appears if the user has one of the following permissions:
    • View All Invoices/Estimates: displays all invoices linked to the reservation order from all branches.
    • View His Own Invoices/Estimates: displays the user’s own invoices and invoices on which they are assigned as the salesperson in the reservation order.
  • You can add a new manual invoice linked to the reservation order directly from the view page by clicking the “Add Invoice” button. (Requires Add New Invoices/Estimates permission)
