Steps to Set Up Custom Fields for Reservation Orders

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Settings“.
• Click on the “Reservation Order Custom Fields” card.
• Drag and drop the desired fields from the sidebar into the form area.
• Configure each field’s properties using the settings panel on the right side.
• Click “Save“.

Available Field Types

You can add the following fields to the reservation order form:

• Single Line Field: a single-line text input.
• Multi-Lines Field: a multi-line text area.
• URL Field: a web link field.
• Email Field: an email address field.
• Phone Number: a phone number field.
• Date: a date picker field.
• Time: a time picker field.
• Currency: a currency amount field.
• Number: a numeric input field.
• Toggle: a yes/no toggle field.
• Map Location: a map-based location field.
• File: a file upload field.
• Image: an image upload field.
• Multiple Sub-Forms: a repeatable sub-form field.
• Separator: a visual divider to organize fields.
• Dropdown: a single-select dropdown list.
• Multiple Dropdown: a multi-select dropdown list.
• Dynamic Dropdown: a dynamic single-select dropdown.
• Multiple Dynamic Dropdown: a dynamic multi-select dropdown.
• Static Content: a fixed content display block.
• Formatted Text: a rich text formatted field.

How the System Works on Save

• The custom fields appear immediately in the create and edit reservation order forms.
• The update is recorded in the general activity log.
• The system automatically redirects to the settings cards page with the message “Settings Updated Successfully” displayed.

Important Notes

• Custom fields appear in the manual reservation order form when creating or editing a reservation order.
• Fields can be reordered by dragging and dropping them within the form area.
• This page is designed for desktop use and does not function optimally on mobile devices.
