Yes, you can assign more than one approver at the same approval level when configuring a multi-cycle approval workflow. In this case, it’s enough for any one of the assigned approvers at that level to approve the request for it to automatically move to the next level, without requiring approval from every approver at that stage.

The request notification is sent to all approvers assigned to that level at the same time, and once one of them takes action — whether approving or rejecting — updates are sent accordingly to the remaining approvers and the employee who submitted the request.
