Creating a Salary Component Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The system allows you to automatically generate salary items using AI, without the need to manually write a calculation formula.
Steps to Create a Salary Component Using AI:
- From the Salary Component Calculation Method section in the “Salary Components” screen, select “Artificial Intelligence (Experimental).”
- In the description field, enter a clear description of the required item, such as:
- Deduct half a day after 3 instances of lateness.
- Add one and a half days’ pay for working on weekends.
- You can also choose a ready-made description by clicking on “Example Prombts.”
- Select the employee and define the time period.
- Click on “Generate & Test.”
- After reviewing the result, you can save the item to use it as salary components.
