- From the asset view screen, click Return from Maintenance.
- A popup window will appear with the following fields:
- Date & Time: Specify the date and time related to the maintenance process.
- Note: Free text field to describe the issue or any relevant details — optional.
- Attachment: Optional.
Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG — maximum size 10 MB.
- Click Save to apply the action, or Cancel to discard.
Notes
- Upon returning from maintenance, the system automatically restores the previous assignment and physical location recorded before the asset was sent for maintenance.
- Added notes and attachments will appear in the Notes & Attachments tab on the asset view screen.
- The action is recorded in both the Asset Movement Log and the Activity Log.
- The asset view screen is automatically updated with the new status after completing the action.
