View Reservation Order Details

The system allows you to view all the details of a reservation order from one place, including the unit and client data, reservation period, and associated invoices.

Steps to View Reservation Order Details

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Reservation Orders“.
  • Search for the desired reservation order in the list.
  • Click the view icon next to it.

Displayed Data

The page displays the “Details” tab by default, which includes the following information:

  • Reservation Order Number
  • Unit: the first image of the unit type if available + unit type name + unit name.
  • Client: client image + name + code. The code is clickable and navigates to the client view page.
  • Start Date and Time
  • End Date and Time
  • Notes (if available)
  • Tags (if available)
  • Attachments (if available)
  • Generate Automatic Invoice: shows whether the auto-invoice option is enabled or not.
  • Status: displayed with the status color defined in the settings.
  • Payment Status: calculated from all invoices linked to the reservation order, whether automatically or manually generated. The value will be one of the following:
    • Unpaid
    • Not Invoiced
    • Paid
    • Partially Paid
  • Total Invoices: displays the sum of all invoices linked to the reservation order along with the paid amount in the reservation order currency. This amount updates automatically whenever a new invoice is added or an existing one is modified.

Available Tabs

  • Details: displays all reservation order data as described above.
  • Invoices: displays a list of all invoices linked to the reservation order from all branches. This tab only appears if the user has one of the following permissions:
    • View All Invoices/Estimates: displays all invoices.
    • View His Own Invoices/Estimates: displays the user’s own invoices and invoices on which they are assigned as the salesperson in the reservation order.
  • Activity Log: displays a full log of all actions performed on the reservation order since it was created.

Available Actions on the View Page

  • Edit: navigates to the reservation order edit page. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)
  • Delete: deletes the reservation order from the system. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)
  • Change Status: changes the reservation order status to any status defined in the reservation order status settings. A message “Status Updated Successfully” appears after the status is changed. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)
  • Add Invoice: adds a manual invoice linked to the reservation order. (Requires Add New Invoices/Estimates permission)

You can navigate between reservation orders using the “Previous” and “Next” buttons on the view page.
