Adding a Shipping Option
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Shipping Options“.
- Click the button “New Shipping Option” button.
- Input the shipping options details:
- Name: Input the desired name of the shipping option. (e.g. *Area Name* Shipping)
- Status: Select from “Active” or “Inactive“.
- Fees: Input the shipping fees.
- Display Order: Input a numeric of the desired shipping option order of appearance.
- Description: Add a description as required.
- Click “Save” once you’re done.
Note that you will find the new shipping option reflected under the “Shipping Details” tab when you’re creating or editing an invoice.

Editing a Shipping Option
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Shipping Options“.
- Click the shipping option you wish to edit.
- Click the button “Edit”.
- Edit as needed.
- Click “Save“.
Deleting a Shipping Option
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Shipping Options“.
- Click the shipping option you wish to delete.
- Click the button “Delete”.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to confirm the deletion or “No” to cancel.
