Displaying Invoice Profit

Through a short display window on the invoice screen, you can know the profit achieved by comparing the total selling price with the total average cost for each item listed in the invoice.

1- Activating the display of invoice profit option from settings:

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Choose “Sales Settings” from the list.
  3. Click on “Invoicing Settings”.
  4. Check the “Show Invoice Profit Tab” option.
  5.  Click on the “Save” button.

2- Displaying invoice profit:

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Invoices”.
  3. Select the desired invoice.
  4. Click on the “Invoice Profit” tab.
  • The system will display a table of the items listed in the invoice, with the total selling price, total cost, and profit achieved.

 

 

 

 

3- Granting Permissions to View Invoice Profit (User Roles)

To control access to the invoice profit tab, you need to configure user role permissions:

  • From the main menu, go to “Employees.”
  • Click “Manage Employee Roles.”
  • Select the role you want to edit, or create a new one.
  • Under Sales, enable “View Invoice Profit” or the related permissions for viewing cost and profitability.
  • Click “Save.”

Note: The user must be assigned to a role with this permission enabled to be able to view the Invoice Profit tab.
