Adding an employee's maximum discount
The system allows you to set a maximum discount on an invoice and assign it to a certain employee. You can set multiple maximum discount amounts for multiple employees.
First, to activate “Employees Maximum Discount”
- Select “Sales” in the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “General Invoice/Estimate Settings“.
- Tick the checkbox “Enable Maximum Discount“.
- Input the “Admin Maximum Discount“. (Note that the discount is a percentage amount.)
- Click “Save” once you’re done,
- You’ll find an”Employees Maximum Discount” card when you go to “Sales Settings“.
To assign a maximum discount to an employee
- Select “Sales” in the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Employees Maximum Discount“.
- Click the button “New Maximum Discount” to add one.
- Input the maximum discount information:
- Employee: Choose the employee you wish to assign the maximum discount to.
- Discount: Input the discount rate. ( Note that the discount rate is a percentage; if you input “10”, it means “10%”)
- Click “Save“.
Notes:
1. The “Employee Maximum Discount” is a discount percentage set on the total amount of the invoice due for payment and not on a certain item.
2. You will find the maximum discount reflected for the employee selected in case of creating or editing an invoice.

Editing Employee Maximum Discount
- Select “Sales” in the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Employees Maximum Discount“.
- Click the more options button in the employee discount row you wish to edit.
- Click “Edit” from the drop-down menu.
- Edit as needed.
- Click “Save“.
Deleting an Employee Maximum Discount
- Select “Sales” in the navigation menu.
- Click “Sales Settings“.
- Click the card “Employees Maximum Discount“.
- Click the more options button in the employee discount row you wish to delete.
- Click “Delete” from the drop-down menu.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to confirm the deletion or “No” to cancel.
