To categorize clients
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Clients”.
- Select the Client’s file you wish to assign a category to.
- Click “Edit“.
- Add the client’s “Category” under “Account Details“.
- Select the category using the drop-down menu in case of previously-set client categories.
- Click “Save“.
- Note that Client Categories can be used to filter clients’ list in “Advanced Search” and reports as well.
