Why doesn’t the Purchase Options button appear in the construction contract?

The Purchase Options button appears in the bar that shows at the bottom of the screen after you select a work item or material in the Work Items tab inside the contract. If it doesn’t appear, the reason is one of the following:

Reason	Solution
You haven’t selected any work item or material yet, so the bar doesn’t appear.	Select the work item or material using the checkbox next to it.
The contract isn’t linked to a cost sheet.	Open a contract that is linked to a cost sheet.
