Emailing Construction Quotations, Contracts, and Payment Certificates to Clients
You can email a construction quotation, contract, or payment certificate to the client directly from the document’s page. The system attaches the document as a PDF and fills in the client’s email and the message text automatically. After sending, the document shows a Sent label.
🛈
Note: Sending by email works from the document’s view page in Construction Quotations, Contracts, and Payment Certificates only.
