Adding Discounts to Products/Services in the Shop Front

To increase your sales and profits according to your sales strategy, Enerpize software enables you to add a discount to the products offered in your online store. This can be done either by adding offers to your products/services or by adding a fixed discount to the products/services when adding them to the system.

1.Enabling adding a Fixed Discount to Products/Services

1. From the main menu, click on “Inventory”.
   
2. Choose “Inventory Settings” from the menu.
   
3. Click on the “General” tab.
   
4. Tick the checkbox next to “Advanced Pricing Options” in the settings group on the screen.
   
5. Click the “Save” button.

2.Adding a Fixed Discount to a Product/Service

1. From the main menu, click on “Inventory”.
   
2. Click on “Products & Services”.
   
3. Start by “Adding a New Product/Service“ or “Editing an Existing Product/Service“.
   
4. Go to the “Pricing Details” section on the right side.
   
5. In the “Discount” field, enter the desired discount value to be applied to the specific product/service consistently.
   
6. Choose the “Discount Type” from the dropdown menu, whether the discount is in the form of a “Percentage (%)” or an “Amount ($)”.
   
7. Complete the remaining required information when adding or editing the product/service.
   
8. Click the “Save” button.

• The discount will appear on the product/service in the shop front next to the original price, informing clients of the applied discount.
