Activating the Travel Bookings Application

Before you start creating and managing travel booking files, you need to activate the application from the account “App Manager“.

This guide explains how to activate the application and what changes after activation.

Steps to Activate the Application

  • From the main menu, go to “Settings“.
  • Select “App Manager“, then go to “Manage External Apps“.
  • Search for the “Travel Booking (PNR)” application under the Reports section.
  • Click “Install“.
  • Click “Accept” to confirm.

What Changes After Activation?

  • A new “Travel Bookings” module is automatically added under the “Workflows” section in the main menu.
  • You can access Travel Booking settings via:
    Workflows → Settings → Workflow Types → Travel Bookings
  • You can configure the settings and start creating travel booking files.

Next Steps After Activation

After activation, it is recommended to follow these steps in order:

  • Configure travel booking settings by setting up dropdown lists (room types, meal plans, hotels, airlines).
  • Add suppliers related to booking services.
  • Start creating travel booking files.
