Sending a Sales Order to a Client via Email
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Sales Orders”.
- Click on the sales order you wish to send to the client.
- Click on the “Send via” button.
- Click “Email“.
- Ensure the email address is added to the client’s data.

- Enter email details:
- Set the email subject, body, and supplier email addresses using the formatting tools, or select one of the available email templates.
- Note: For more details on the ready-made email templates, refer to the guide “Pre-made Email Templates“.
- Click on the “Choose File” button to attach files to the email.
- Set the email subject, body, and supplier email addresses using the formatting tools, or select one of the available email templates.
- Click on the “Send” button.
