Why don’t attachments from some records appear in the Media Gallery?

The gallery shows the attachments of a specific set of records based on where you opened it from. The most common reasons a record’s attachments don’t appear are:

Reason	Solution
You opened the gallery from a record’s view page, so it shows that record’s attachments only.	Open the gallery from the records list to browse the attachments of all records.
The record doesn’t match the current search or filters in the list; the gallery only shows attachments of the records visible under the filters.	Change or clear the filters, then open the gallery again.
In the Media Library, the file doesn’t match the search keyword or the selected media types.	Clear the search keyword, or click Clear all.
The record is a draft; draft attachments don’t appear in the gallery.	Open the record to view its attachments.
You don’t have permission to view the record.	Ask your system administrator for the permission.
