Adding Notes/Attachments to a Sales Order

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Sales Orders”.
  3. Click on the sales order to which you want to add notes or attachments.
  4. Click on the “Add Note/Attachment” button.
  5. Fill in the required fields:
    • Date: The date on which the file was attached.
    • Status: Specify the status of the attachments.
    • Action: Select the performed action.
    • Note: Write the desired notes and adjust the format.
    • Tags: Add tags to categorize specific notes and attachments.
    • Enable the “Share With Client” button if you want the client to be able to view the notes and attachments on their own portal of the system.
      • Note: For the client to be able to view the attachment, the permission to view notes and attachments on their personal page must be given. For more details, refer to the Client Permission Settings guide.
    • Attachment: Click on “Select from your computer”.
        • Select the file.
        • Click on the “Open” button.

6. Click on the “Save” button.
