- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Sales Settings”.
- Click on the “General Invoice/Estimate Settings” tab.
- Check the box labeled “Enable Estimate Manual Statuses” to activate the feature.
- Click on “Edit Statuses List” to start configuring the list and adding new statuses.
- A list will appear to add new statuses for the estimates:
- Enter the name of the status in the “Name” field.
- Select one of the available colors from the “Color” dropdown to differentiate the statuses.
- Click on the “Add New Status” button to display a new row and add more statuses to the list.
- Click on the “Delete” button to remove the added status.
- Click on the “Save” button. A message will appear confirming the saved statuses
- Close the page by clicking the error (×) symbol.
- Click on the “Save” button on the settings screen.
