Enabling Manual Statuses for Estimates

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Sales Settings”.
  3. Click on the “General Invoice/Estimate Settings” tab.
  4. Check the box labeled “Enable Estimate Manual Statuses” to activate the feature.
  5. Click on “Edit Statuses List” to start configuring the list and adding new statuses.
  6. A list will appear to add new statuses for the estimates:
    • Enter the name of the status in the “Name” field.
    • Select one of the available colors from the “Color” dropdown to differentiate the statuses.
    • Click on the “Add New Status” button to display a new row and add more statuses to the list.
    • Click on the “Delete” button to remove the added status.
  7. Click on the “Save” button. A message will appear confirming the saved statuses
  8. Close the page by clicking the error (×) symbol.
  9. Click on the “Save” button on the settings screen.
